While the majority of pieces look to be included I do not know if it is 100% complete. Does have both minifigures, shark, ocean base and important shark parts. Set may be missing a few small pieces. Also includes instruction manual and several Lego advertising inserts/posters. Outer box has some damage/wear. It is missing a side tab on each end.You will receive the exact items shown.
