Description: This listing is a Lego custom mansion. The set is made of new parts, but I have had it on display for a few years in a dark room. It is very dusty, but I will clean it up as I take it apart. As far as I can tell, the building is in good condition. I don't have animals or smoke at all. The building is complete and doesn't come with any minifigures. I will provide the instructions upon purchase as well. The instructions were originally purchased on a random website online, and the parts were purchased new by me. Thank you very much for looking!
