READ THE SET-SPECIFIC NOTES BELOW!!! VERY IMPORTANT SET-SPECIFIC NOTES (START): 31105 - Townhouse Toy Store I've confirmed that all pieces are includes to build the first build in the instructions. I don't think the second and third builds use any pieces that aren't used in the first build, but I'm not 100% sure. So, if having all the pieces for the second and third builds is high priority for you, you may want to look for a Brand New set instead to be 100% sure. (Note that the nature of the set is that you choose one of the three builds; you can't build all three at the same time.) Didn't remove windows from frames, or door from frame. 41378 - Dolphins Rescue Mission The Cover page and first page of the instruction has tears. Sticker placement is not the greatest. 60175 - Mountain River Heist No sticker is present on the tail, as is placed in Instruction Booklet 3, page 36, step 34. No sticker is present on the back door, as is placed in Instruction Booklet 2, page 31, step 39. Tires and rims together 76031 - The Hulk Buster Smash The Hulk Minifigure is not included. Looked for this guy for years in our house and he never turned up. Where did he go!??!!? IMPORTANT SET-SPECIFIC NOTES (END) For each of these sets, the bags included in this auction respectively correspond to specific sections in the instructions. In other words, the bag #2 that you receive in this auction contains all the pieces (except for the two stickers and Hulk listed above) you need to build the section in the instructions which use the pieces from the original bag #2. (See the pictures.) The "extra" small pieces (i.e., the leftover spares) that LEGO sets have are not included in this auction, but otherwise, every piece to build the sets is guaranteed to be there (except for the two stickers and Hulk listed above). (I took apart the sets by following the directions backwards to ensure every piece, except for the two stickers and Hulk listed above, was accounted for.) (Again, see the set-specific notes above.) All minifigures (except for the hulk) and the instructions are included. The boxes are not included. None of the pieces in each bag are already connected to each other (except for tires and rims in 60175, and glass and window frames/door frames in 31105), so you don't have to worry about, for example, removing tiles from plates before you start building --- you can start right away! These sets were never in direct sunlight. These sets come from a smoke-free home. Shipping will be through UPS Ground.
