Description: This auction is for a Legends Brass WB Strumpet mouthpiece. Description This model was inspired by the mouthpiece of a living trumpet legend. It has a semi-flat wide rim with a soft comfortable bite and high alpha angle. The inside rim diameter (0.631”) is a little on the small side, and combined with the medium shallow cup depth works well for lead and upper register parts. We’ve added the Legends LA backbore, which is our commercial backbore. It has great sizzle, core, and enhanced upper harmonics. This mouthpiece is kept in stock in the Power blank, which is popular with professional players. It is geared toward lead and solo playing with plenty of zing in the upper register, but with enough mass to give the sound plenty of core. Put these elements together, and you have a great mouthpiece that will give you the comfort, sound and endurance needed for solid commercial and studio work.
