The roller is made from high quality material. Rubber is made using injection molding technology. The rubber hardness is accurate. Surface finish is very good. Pinch roller core is made from high quality plastic, processed on very precision lathe. Please, see the images, this is real photo. I originally made this pinch roller for use in Sony ES cassette decks. However, Sankyo uses pinch roller of exactly the same outer dimensions. Only rubber height is wider (7.2 mm instead of 6 mm). I tested it and it works perfect. If you do not accept this, please do not buy this roller!
