Because this things a screamer. I only used it for recording, and a few times at rehearsal. Most of the time it just took up space in my rack. But I got away from rack effects, and went back to pedals. Pumping it into a JCM-800, you couldn't stand in front of it, even at lower numbers. It's powerful. I never gigged with it. I used my Marshall 1/2 stack for that. But I sold that to a friend that needed a rig. I went to a 2x12 200w cabinet that I assembled, and I've gotten rid of that as well. Please Pay Attention to This:The only issue I have with this Lee Jackson, is that when the input cable is in either the #1 or #2 input, if the cable is pushed all the way in, it doesn't make contact some of the time. So you have to pull the cable out slightly, like an 1/8th of an inch. I don't know if they used cheap input connectors, or cables maybe slightly different now, but it's both the #1 and #2, so I assume it came from the factory like this. I figured that they may just need a depth adjustment. But you can't adjust them, the jack inputs are connected to the board. I have found that some cables connect better than others. Go figure. It was just a minor thing anyway. The volume pots on the front may need a cleaning. Get a fan, because it gets hot. Oh, and I hope you ate your spinach, cause this thing is going toad 15 lbs. to your rack. I have stated everything I can about this unit I believe. If there's anything else, I'll add it.
