Condition of the item We describe the condition of our cards as Near Mint/Mint, because we believe for cards to be genuinely in Mint condition they have to stay sealed in the booster packet. The reason why we call our cards Near Mint/Mint is that we need to open the booster packets and put each card in an individual card sleeve and toploader. Please NOTE !!! We only sell GENUINE ENGLISH Yu-Gi-Oh Products. Shipping Method We ship Yu-Gi-Oh cards in a bubble padded envelope, and each card will be placed in an individual card sleeve and toploader. However, if you purchase multiple cards, we may place (max) two sleeved cards into a single toploader to reduce packaging costs to ensure we are offering you the best prices possible. We post using FREE Royal Mail 2nd Class (Standard Delivery), but we have other upgradeable postage options for which a small fee will be charged. We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days. Please note we have taken the utmost care in handling these products because we want you to enjoy them in the same condition explained in the listing description above. Postage Disputes Sometimes when we ship items via Royal Mail, there are things outside of our control which may result in damaged or lost parcels. If this is the case, then please contact us as soon as possible. We understand this could be a frustrating experience and will do our best to resolve the issue. But just as a reassurance, we are happy to let our buyer know that we ask for a Certificate of Posting for all dispatched items.
