They are thin leather (handsewn) that covers from the top of the foot to the knees. They come with garters to keep them in place. They've been worn a couple times and have a little mud near the bottom. These are "one size fits most." The leather has some natural imperfections, but these are quite nicely made and will cover up any lackluster footwear.
