Description: Description:This is a charming late 19th Century Gebruder Dingeldein Hanau Sterling Silver Cow Creamer. It has wonderful detail and form. It has details like fury huffs and head! In doing research I found that many people would consider this English. From what I have found it is a "Pseudo Hallmark" done by Gebruder Dingeldein founded in 1868. This hallmark looks like Sterling Silver London hallmark. If you look close you will see what looks to be a Dolphin. That is one example of the Hanau mark. It measures approximately 4.5 inches long and stands 2.75 inches tall. It weighs 2.6 ounces or 73.70 grams. Note* This is a used piece. It is in wonderful condition for its age late 19th Century. Has a few minor areas with scratches seen in pictures. Normal for age. It needs a good polishing but I did not want to over work it. Please look at the pictures for any condition questions.
