Description: For sale is a decrease scroll along with its original shipping tube from a masonic lodge in Troy Ohio. When opened , the scroll measures approximately 8 inches tall and 16.5 inches wide. The tube measures approximately 15.5 inches tall with a 1.5 inch diameter. The tube has a signature of one of the members as well as the remains of a label from the Pettibone manufacturing company in Cincinnati, Ohio. Although there is not a specific date on this , I’m assuming this was made in either the late 1800s or early 1900s. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best, I would grade the overall condition of this at a 4. The paper of the scroll is heavily worn and wrinkled, the edges are worn, and there are several holes, especially towards the top. The tube is also heavily stained and worn.
