The entire totem including the base measures approx 20 1/2" tall. It is not signed and there are no markings indicating its origins or age although it's definitely vintage and a recent estate acquisition. You're getting it just as I did, good condition, normal wear/patina from age and use, wear to the bear's ears, sold as found.
