It has a sturdy handle and shoulder strap. All zippers work fine. Nice overall condition, there is one ding on one corner where the stitching has come loose (very minor) Outside dimensions are 17 x 12 x 18" Inside dimensions are 14.5 9 x 15.5" Tom top and bottom has a plastic frame for rigidity.
