Description: Offered is a beautiful 19th century French footed scent bottle. It is made of white opaline glass which does have a faint lavender color depending on the lighting in the room. It is footed and has beautiful brass detailing around the collar. The lid is hinged and works fine with a bit of looseness or wobble to it, there is a small dent near the hinge that I will highlight in a photo. It has a clear glass opening where many of this age have an eglomise top and there is a small bend in the bezel holding the glass in place, again I will highlight in a photo. It does have its original stopper. I do not see any cracks or chips in the glass or any breaks in the brass detailing. This bottle is larger than most measuring 5 1/2" tall by about 3 1/4". Please contact me with any questions. Thanks for looking!
