Description: Heavy carved wooden elephant - most probably teak, it is heavy. He weighs 1.6 kg. Condition - he is structurally sound but has a great deal of 'patina' which gives him a lot of character, Originates from Burma now called Myanmar. I did buy it from a highly reputable Asian Art dealer so I will let you know this upon its sale. Age is approx. at around late 19th - early 20th century. Carved with some wear and tear. Very charming piece. 26 cm x 14cm x 28 cm approx. I will send it very well packaged.
