I opened box for these pictures. Rack and skewers are still factory sealed in plastic. I pushed the end of one skewer though for pictures. The whole set is made of chrome plated steel. Each Skewer is made of one piece of half round steel 3/16 inch in diameter. Rack folds in half for easy storage. Folds up to 5-1/2 x 13-1/2 inches.
