Description: Antique Moorish Mosaic Marquetry Wood Box. Fine details with abundant bone, mother of pearl shell and wood pieces inlays. Brass hardware. Fabric lined. Circa 1930s - 1940s. Good condition. No unpleasant odor. Cracks on lid. Wear to the corners (chips, cracks etc). Slightly damaged lining. One hinge has been repaired. The lid doesn't close properly (lid and container don't line up) due to the cracked corner and repaired hinge, which might be fixed by remounting the hinge (last three photos).
