Description: LANE Small Miniature Wood CEDAR CHEST 1950s Sales Promotion Maisel Buffalo Lane Cedar Chests did a sales promotion in the late 50s and early 60s where female high school students got a card to bring into the store and if their parents bought a chest they got his smaller chest. It was a time where young girls collected household items in a "hope chest" for later use when they married. This chest is from the Maisel Furniture Company in Buffalo NY. Measures about 9" x 4" x 4". Has been pre-enjoyed and there are surface scratches, dings and I do not have a key. Please feel free to ask questions and take a look at my other items to combine shipments and save on postage cost. Shipping in US only.
