Description: Offered is the book "Lakeside Baptist Church and Piney Heights Baptist Church 1954-2004 Fifty Years and Counting", produced by the Clearwater/Beech Island, South Carolina church's pastor at the time, Bill Reese. No other publishing information is given, but it was presumably created in 2004. The book contains hundreds of photos, most black and white but some in color, with captions and sometimes with accompanying text, covering the church's many activities over the 50-year period, including services, classes, youth trips, missionary activities, celebrations and more. This is a rare find; at the time of original listing I could not find any other copies of this book for sale on eBay or anywhere else. The book is approx. 11 1/4" x 8 3/4" and contains 176 pages. It is in excellent condition, except for one small "dent" on the short edge of the front cover. Otherwise, the black textured hard cover has almost no wear, the gold words and picture on the front and spine still shiny. There is no cracking inside either the front or back cover. The gray endpapers are clean. I see no missing or torn pages and all of the pages are well-attached to the binding, clean and clear. I see no writing in the book. I have a lot of experience with vintage and antique books but am not an expert so please let me know if my description is missing information and you have additional questions.
