Has a fitted shoulder and broad flared silhouette, with gathers along the back yoke, and godet panels to the sides of the skirt. Ladies' Size Small to Medium (bust fits up to size 12, shoulder width indicates a smaller frame) Measurements Bust up to 39, Waist up to 44, Hip up to 58; Shoulder to Shoulder 12.5, Sleeve Length 24, Neck to Hem 52 Inches Era 1890s Label None, possibly factory made, has flat-felled side seams and a machine-sewn straight stitch to the hem Materials White cotton shirting, white hand-sewn embroidery with scalloped edges Closure Center front polished shell buttons, neck to chest, with open slit to placket ending at waist Condition Good Condition Detail Barely worn, freshly washed; the collar has been reconstructed with an additional seam added to left lapel front and back, and a hand-tacked tear repaired at back right collar; the interior neckline seam and exterior back of armhole seams have a thin raw edge where the flat-felled seam has opened; two tiny holes to front; the lower right skirt has a single very dark brown 1/4-inch mark (see eighth photo) Washing Instructions Cold hand wash, shape and dry flat, press on medium-high setting *your bust, waist & hip measurements will fit those listed if your measurements equal what's listed or are slightly smaller *to get actual fabric widths of garment, add two inches to the bust measurement listed, one inch to the waist, and two inches to the hip *size we list is a modern size equivalent, any size listed on label is a vintage size (which can be very different than a modern size) More photos are often available.
