Description: This Ladies "Joe Benbasset" size L, Black Leather Skater Skirt is a great find. It is made from 96% Polyester and 4% Spandex. It is a pull on type. The waistband is a little stretchy but only from the spandex in the fabric. It is not a real "full" skirt but it is not a straight skirt either. Just enough fullness to be comfortable. Instructions say to hand wash in cool water and lay flat to dry so you don't have to worry about large dry cleaning bills with this one.
