We ship via UPS/USPS/FEDEX. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. For heavy and oversized machines, we ship via LTL Freight. If you do not have a loading dock and require lift gate, inside delivery, or remote area delivery, please contact us before purchasing. These additional services are not included in the standard shipping charge. AngelToner does not accept returns. However, in instances where the wrong product or damaged product is delivered to the customer, we will either initiate the return for the wrongly/damaged delivered product or initiate shipping a replacement product again, as the customer may request upon communication.
