Description: KRUPS 963A machine in black. It works in terms of heating up and dispensing coffee, and the steam attachment works. But when I tried making coffee, there was a residue inside the machine that I could not find a way to clean, despite running the machine several times with hot water, vinegar, and descaler. Maybe you can clean it better than I did, or use it for parts. Harvestable parts include the brewing head, power cord, frothing arm, steam knob, and lid. See photos for details.
