Most orders are delivered via the Australia Post eParcel network or a selection of Australia's most reputable courier companies. Parcels include tracking. If no-one is available to accept the order, a card is usually left and it is taken to your nearest post office for collection within 5 business days. (Please note, any items uncollected are returned to us and may attract additional return shipping charges). In order to keep your delivery fees as low as possible, small items are shipped via Australia Postâs regular letter service, without tracking. These parcels are identified during Ebay checkout as being delivered by "Australia Post Domestic Regular Letter Untracked". This service usually takes 2-6 days for delivery (or a little longer for some remote areas), but it is currently taking longer in some instances, due to changes in the Australia Post network which are out of our control.
