King 1470 Boyd Bennett - Seventeen / Little Old You-All 7", Rockabilly 1955 VG

Description: This is part of a large auction featuring rock 'n roll records. There are several genres represented including rockabilly, early R'nR, even some 60's stuff and a handful of garage/psych 45's. This is different stuff than I have offered before. Here's the info on this item: Release: Boyd Bennett & His Rockets - Seventeen / Little Old You-All Format: 45 rpm 7" single Year: 1955 Notes: Maroon label first pressing, others were pressed up with blue labels. Early single by this group, who actually released quite a few records in the 1950's. Many with other King artists. Great sound to this one, has the same feel as early Jerry Lee Lewis stuff. Vinyl Condition: VG, Vinyl itself is in nice shape, but does have a handful of surface scuffs. It plays well and sounds great with no skips/ticks/bumps, hardly any background noise at all. Again, labels are pretty nice, with no tears or stickers, but do have some noticeable ring scuffing. There are just enough cosmetic issues to bump it down to VG, but it plays solidly VG+. All records I sell have been personally cleaned and play tested. Check back in a couple of weeks for a nice selection of blues & R&B 78's. After that, another new genre, dance records from the 70's to the early 2000's. I want buying from me to be a good experience for you.
