Description: This is probably my favorite kit made by JL Innovative Design. The couple who make these kits do an excellent job and are famous for all their details. I have listed the kit as used only because it has been opened. It represents in HO scale a boating supply business along a river or a lake. It includes materials to build two structures, a billboard and two boats and trailers. I worked on a layout where an example of this kit was positioned along a river near a Central Valley Bridge that passed over the river. With some added fishermen in boats in the river that are not included with this kit, it was a very effective scene. I believe I have priced this kit reasonably so I expect it to sell quickly.
