Description: This is my KFD Nano Gen 2 equipped with 3.5mm jack. These units have been built with a new control board that provides better compatibility with some know troublesome radios. I am providing a XTS keyload adapter as well as 2 hirose cables , one female and one male to 3.5MM. I am also including a flash drive, Mini usb cable and case to house everything. I will be shipping all units with 1.40 firmware installed for use with KFDtools 1.54 as it allows for broader compatibility. I am including the newer 1.73 firmware and newer KFDtools software on the flash drive for anyone to use if they want to. Do not flash unless you know what you are doing!!! These are 100% built and ready to run when you receive it. I build and function test each unit and verify every cable is good before it leaves here. It Can load AES256, DES XL, DES OFB, ADP/RC-4 I have personally tested this with Motorola, Kenwood, and EFJ Johnson radios. I have customers that succesfully use these with Harris radios. Disclaimer: As Tait radios use an active in line device that requires a power source on the keyload cable I do not recommend this unit to attempt keyloading said radios. Although its possible you would need to modify the tait cable to do so. ******NOTE These are not FIPS mode compatible and will not keyload any radio setup for FIPS mode!!!!! Also these units will not do radio authentication.
