Ring floats and keeps net open making it easier to feed blocks of chum while in the water. Standard Chum grind is 5/8". A net to work effectively needs to be larger than 5/8". Being 1" this net will attract large amounts of fish but will require a large amount of chum to keep it flowing.14" inner diameter ring. 1" square mesh. 3/4 round PVC.
