CAP MEASUREMENTS: 3.5" inches in diameter. The mesh cap is glued to the dolls head and then the hair hangs down to cover the dolls head. Partial cap wigs fit more head sizes and shapes. Oval heads the hair is longer. Round heads the hair is shorter. Modacrylic Hair - Partial cap wig. Mesh cap. No elastic bands on partial cap wigs. See close up pictures. The cap is glued to the crown of the dolls head and the hair hangs down and covers the rest of the doll head. Unisex Baby and toddler style wig. Under curl/body? Hair is pretty much even length all around. Headband is not included. Just holding down the hair and to keep the wig on the dolls head.
