We have an extensive stock of Keller cover grade drum shells to offer to you. We decided to assemble a few packages of shell kits to save you money. We also carry a large quantity of 8 ply stain grade shells so check out our other listings. If you would prefer other sizes of shells than what is listed here, just contact us and we can give you a quote on what you need. We can then create a special “buy it now” listing. This shell pack is considered "Covered Grade" appropriate for wrapped or opaque painted drum applications. This could mean several things: list of 3 items 1. The shells may have an outer ply that has an off color wood or grain pattern, mineral streaks, insect marks or a manufacturing defect that is aesthetic in nature. 2. Some of the above mentioned issues may be visible through clear or light colored stains or dyes. Therefore, we recommend these shells be wrapped or painted solid/opaque colors. (Many companies use Covered Grade shells regularly for high volume shells or sets that are wrapped.) 3. The seam is within specification and filled but may not be completely closed. list end These shells are round and structurally sound. The above listed (possible) defects are aesthetic only and will have no effect on the sound or performance. These are new drum shells with no holes, hardware, bearing edges or rings. This package of Keller maple shells contains the following6 ply cover grade shells: One 7x10” tom One 8x12” tom One 14x14” floor tom One 16x16” bass drum One Pair of 1.75x16 bass drum hoops We can cut a single 45 degree baring edge on all 6 ply shells for $30 per shell.
