The obverse side is vertically oriented and contains Kazakh text, the Baiterek monument in Astana, sheet music, the national emblem, an outstretched hand, and the flag. The reverse side is horizontally oriented and contains Kazakh text, an outline map of Kazakhstan, sea gulls playing on the sea, the Ministry of Finance building, and the Astana City Hall. The note has two security threads: a solid security thread and a windowed security thread with demetalized 500 and text. The note has the following watermark: a snow leopard with an electrotype 500 and an animal lying down. The note measures 130 mm long and 67 mm wide. Additionally, it is in uncirculated condition and authenticated by Banknote World experts.
