In the case of our Teknik Fork and Shock springs, our lifetime warranty is spelt out in full in the packaging of the spring. In short, it is for mechanical defects, for the original owner, and we will replace the product free of charge. Electrical components, like Vortex ignitions will be sent back to the factory for testing before warranty is discussed. If we messed up and shipped the wrong thing, we will happily accept it, and send you the correct part as soon as possible, and we will pay the freight cost. If you've bought the wrong thing by mistake and need to return it, that's also fine, we are happy to do so as long as you have not ridden with it. However if, for example, you have used it for 2 months, and have decided to sell the bike and want to return all the parts you have bought for it, that isn't permitted. Change of mind shipping charges are non-refundable. Teknik cannot cover return delivery costs on change of mind returns, however we will happily pay the shipping for sending any repaired or replacement parts back to you. Approved returns will be inspected on arrival. It must be in it’s original packaging, with instructions, and be in a saleable condition. Faults and damage caused by incorrect installation or operation, abuse, neglect, general stupidity, etc, are not covered.
