It is MISSING THE RUBBER PART THAT GOES OVER THE EYEPIECE and also I think it might have originally had a windsock that went over the mic but I'm not sure. If it did then that is also missing. All around great camera for a great price. Comes with original battery plus one new battery and a new battery charger. Also please be aware that the swing out screen is a little wobbly but it does not affect the way it functions in any way. I'm sure that could be tightened up in no time, I'm just not that handy.
