(Juvenile- childhood- education- learning) Issued c. 1915-30's, France. Fifteen (15) charming early 20th century color lithographed prints on thin cardboard/ heavy paper. Apparently used in primary school to teach children words and concepts as depicted. Wonderful artistic style, quite close to Art Nouveau. Minor light uniform toning as typical for printed images of this vintage, but overall very fresh and clean. Charming, individually worthy of framing for display, no doubt scarce printed images. Sheets measure c. 5 5/8" x 7 5/8". Printed areas measure c. 4" x 5 3/4". [V896] Guaranteed authentic - old. We do not sell modern reprints.
