The package was sealed but I did open it to get the directions out so I could get a picture of the direction for the listing. I only opened a portion of the box to get them. The items have never been removed or used. The items are not for the entire display, they are the signage that goes on top of the display. Please look at the pictures of the directions to see exactly what is in the box. This display was a movie promo in Walmart that chose NOT to put the header on their display.
