Description: These Juniper and Rosemary Saining Bundles have a Celtic origin as Healing and Blessings Smudges. Each of these are made to order and at least 7" long. They come with a good sized Natural Amethyst Rock Crystal (1-2 inches). Saining is a Scots word for blessing, protecting or consecrating. The word "Sain" is from Irish and Scottish Gaelic seun and sian and means "a protective charm." Traditional saining was done by burning juniper. All the herbs and flora used in our bundles grow wild on our Sanctuaries. Ancient Egyptians prized Cedar and used it in their incense and offering ceremonies.
