Description: JP Limoges Hand Painted Signed LM Cherries Yellow & Gold Cider / Lemonade Pitcher Nice French porcelain cider / lemonade pitcher. Decorated with hand painted orange cherries over a red, beige, and yellow background. With gold gilding along the rim and to the handle. Signed by the artist on the side LM. Marked on the bottom J. P. L. France in green. This mark was used by Jean Pouyat in Limoges France between 1890 and 1932. Also has an LM monogram on the bottom and also signed Lou with a last name. The middle portion of the last name/surname is worn, but possibly Mitchel. Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 8 3/8 inches wide from spout to handle x 5 1/2 inches tall. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
