Each glass measures approximately 3” tall x 2 ½” across the top and 1 ¾” across the base. The glass is in very good condition however, there is some loss to the gold, pictured. She was a Black dancer and Performer who refused to perform for segregated audiences in the United States. She went to Paris and headlined the revues at the Follies Bergere. She is famous for her costumes depicted on these glasses, consisting only of a short skirt of artificial bananas and a beaded necklace Josephine Baker aided the French Resistance during World II.
