It is then topped off with colorful faceted paste stones in red, green and blue that resemble a crown shape - with one final round rhinestone accent. It was made in the late 1950s or early 1960s - signed WEISNER (Joseph Weisner) - Estate Purchase Measurements: 1.2" L x 1" W Condition: Needs a repair - 1 stone is missing. I do not tamper with the originality of any Estate pieces and leave all repairs up to the buyer. The stone needed is a round clear rhinestone - which is a rather easy fix for those with the ability and proper replacement stones.
