Produced by Upper Deck for the 2008-09 Artifacts Patches set, the card is part of a print run of only 5. It is in near mint or better condition and is ungraded. The front of the card displays two game-used patches from the San Jose Sharks and Chicago Blackhawks, the teams Toews and Thornton played for respectively at the time. The corners and edges are crisp and sharp. The surface is is in like new condition, clean and glossy.
