John Lennon's solo album "Mind Games" was released in October 1973 (US / November UK).The album was controversial at the time of release due to the transition from the politically charged previous album "Sometime in New York City" to a more introspective one, which came at the time of its release due to the American immigration issue and the "Lost Weekend" that followed immediately after production, but the album has been re-evaluated since then with the newly released expanded version in 2024.DISC 1 contains new remixes edited with AI multi-track from the latest ATOMS sound source as "AI NEW REMIX ALBUM". The stereo mix from the multi-channel, which is different from the various remixes of the latest remasters, contains a unique remix that highlights sounds and backing that were buried in the latest remasters. The additional tracks in the second half contain additional studio outtakes of newly released, notable "hidden tracks" that were not included in the regular albums, such as "I'm the Greatest" provided to Ringo, and single versions of "Rock 'n' Roll People" and "Meat City" released by Johnny Winter. DISC 2 contains the original analog master from the time of release in 1974. It contains the original stereo mix that is not a CD source due to digital remastering. The second half of the album includes "AI BACKING TRACKS INSTRUMENTAL", which is an instrumental backing track that uses AI sound analysis and editing to remove the vocals from all the songs on the album (only "OUT THE BLUE" is included on DISC 1).
