Description: VERY RARE “John Lee Hooker & Big Maceo Merriweather” Blues Grail vinyl lp 1st U.S. pressing with yellow labels and blue lettering . Matrix reads “Side 1 3002” GRADING Record grades at a solid VG. Very minimal noise throughout despite visible scuffs/marks (see photos), however more noise on the Big Maceo side. No Skips or repeats, and only a few, low and scattered “pops”, but nothing major. Jacket is rough, and is graded Fair. The cover itself presents well, however the spine is completely split (see photos), the top seam is 60% split, and the bottom seam has an inch-long split. The cover has a feel-able scratch beginning at the piano and going through the “ER” of Merriweather.
