Let me carefully explain. See the top of the book where there is a water stain. Fortunately, the stain does not affect the tops of the pages (please see pictures). Also, the lower bottom section of the back also reveals some water stains (see pictures). Although the first 248 pages so not water damage the last few pages and the inside back cover do (again please see pictures).The dust jacket is is in fair to poor condition. The inside middle shows water damage that also bleeds on through to the outside. Please look at the photos to see this better. I have attempted to accurately describe all of the books flaws and it is priced to reflect its less than perfect condition. Questions? Please ask.
