Description: Set of JD 420 430 Lawn & Garden Tractor 2-speed (Hi/Low range) & locking rear differential linkage with mounting brackets and attaching hardware. These parts are exact replacements for models 420 and 430 Garden Tractors, and can be used to convert / upgrade JD 318, 322, 330, and 332 when adding / installing a 2-speed rear differential from a 420/430. Fabrication involved is punching two holes in the fender deck, and drilling a few holes in the frame to attach operating linkage/levers. You would use the axle housings & axles from the 300 series tractor which will bolt right up to the 2-speed differential.
