This is the complete idler arm assembly that does have wear and some surface rust (nothing deep) but is ready to use. Top of the hex nut is stripped, see pictures. Would recommend greesing or even changing the bearings as it is normal maintance for this spindle. You are purchasing items in picture 1. See pictures.
