Joe Giardullo is one of the under-recognized heroes of the soprano sax and after a handful of fine discs a few years back, he hasn't had many new CD's in the last few years, just two on Clean Feed & Rogue Art. Italian percussion master Andrea Centazzo runs his own Ictus label and has dozens of discs out with a wide variety of collaborators going back to the early seventies.
