Band is 17mm inner diameter, US size is 7. Because the dome is hollow it allows for a slightly larger finger, approximately 7.25. Feels comfortable. Ring is solid and on a heavy side. weight is 19 grams. Signed/ marked sterling silver. Some patina due to age, very few scratches. Great vintage condition! Thank you.
