The Crisis began in June 1961 when Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev, meeting with Kennedy at the Vienna summit, reissued an ultimatum that demanded the withdrawal of all armed forces from Berlin. Exhibits minor surface imperfections, overall fine. Encapsulated by PSA to the overall size of 9.75" x 13.25", receiving a designation of type I.
