Both the pendant and the chain are stamped "925" (92.5% silver purity/solid sterling silver). The chain is also stamped "ITALY" The gold plating would be at least 9ct gold (the legal minimum), but it could be of higher purity? Both the pendant and the chain are in good-very good preloved condition! The pendant just has a little bit of wear around it (not that noticeable), but it is still a very lovely piece!
