JDH Cooling front cooling intakes have been designed to replace the factory fog lights on the Mini R50,R52 & R53. These help pull in cool air from the nose of the car and guide it towards the brake calipers & disks with the 63mm I.D neoprene hose (not included). Inherently these cars suffer from brake fad under heavy use on either fast road or track. This is due to having no cool air being supplied to the brakes. This product combats this issue while providing a clean look. No modification is needed to the mounting of these ducts as they are a direct replacement of the factory fog lights. However some trimming is needed to the radiator support for rooting the 63mm motorsport neoprene ducting hose. The inner wheel arch installs back as normal once you have made some trimming.
