This is our own fresh grown Japanese Wasabi Daruma Variety Root grown right here on our island. Each order is hand dug to order on the day it is shipped. All orders are USPS Priority Mail 2-3 days. All orders are packed with an ice pack. This wasabi root is of the Daruma type. Roots are 2 full years plus some. Excellent for Sushi. PLEASE NOTE: This listing is for mature roots to be used in culinary dishes such as Sushi. These roots are not good candidates for growing as they are mature and at the end of their life cycle.
